If you have a medical history, we are able to consider the symptoms in our differential diagnosis, and order tests to narrow down causes and help select medications that are more likely to benefit you. We are also skilled in therapeutic techniques, and have a network of referrals for advanced treatments such as ketamine, rTMS, and ECT.

Dr. Carney's expertise in forensic psychiatry encompasses a wide range of activities, including competency evaluations, forensic assessments and consultations, independent medical evaluations, and expert reports, depositions and testimony in legal cases.
